 Got all of my supplements and I'm ready to go!

Fun fact - I am absolutely AWFUL at swallowing pills. It takes me a good 5-10 minutes just to swallow one pill. Anyone who watches me asks if the pill has fully dissolved, but it never does - it just sometimes breaks apart or becomes thinner.

At one point I was using Mytrition's Women'spack, which I absolutely loved, but the gigantic multi-vitamin would give me anxiety. I would wake up 30 minutes early just to give myself enough time to take the full packet of pills before leaving for work and it got to a point where I just could no longer do it. My fears would win. I would even get nervous and freak out when I broke the pill in half. As much as I loved this product, I needed to find a multi that I could take without grief.

The employees at my local Vitamin Shoppe are super helpful and showed me a multi-vitamin in capsule form. Success! I am able to take this multivitamin consistently without getting anxious.

Here is a breakdown for how I take my supplements:


      Hydro Whey: 1x shake w/ breakfast and 1x shake as a snack
      
Fish Oil: 1x w/ breakfast and 1x w/ dinner (2 pills = 1 serving)

      Vitamin Code Multi: 2x w/ breakfast and 2x w/ dinner (4 pills = 1 serving)

      C4 Pre-workout: 1x scoop prior to workout (esp. On days where I need a little energy boost)

      Casein: 1x shake 30 min before bed (esp. on workout days)
