Don't forget to stretch!

I am super guilty of not stretching after every workout, but intense stretching can increase the rate of hypertrophy through the increased activation of satellite cells and the enhanced release of growth factors within muscle tissue.

Who knew proper stretching in a weight program can speed up muscle growth?

Stretch Your Way to a More Muscular Body has taught me some really good stretches.

I am going to make it a point for the next 4 weeks to stretch after every workout and see how much stretching makes a difference.
