Pull Ups

Pull ups with my own body weight - no assistance.

Despite my rather athletic childhood, I have never been able to do a full pull up.

I have been consistently doing pull ups once a week for about 2 months on the assisted machine.
 I am amazed I have accumulated the strength needed to finally do a pull up without assistance.

I never thought the assisted machine was really helping me build strength.
Plus it is hard for me to notice if I am getting stronger or if my body is changing since I see myself everyday.

Nonetheless, this is a HUGE accomplishment.

Making those gains.
