Had a blast with these girls running the Color Me Rad 5k at MetLife Stadium. 

The weather was perfect and the colors were flowing.

At this point I have been doing absolutely no cardio, so I was a little nervous to run the 5k. 

Fortunately, it felt like a breeze.

If you can find an exercise you enjoy, it won't feel like a chore.
