Day 5 - The Struggle

Day 5.


I am not feeling 100% today (or yesterday).

My taste buds are off which is making eating less fun.

I am determined and dedicated though, so I will finish my pre-workout meal and head to the gym.

I need to remain persistent and be patient.

This is a change.

It is my first week and I am struggling to make it through. 
There are times when I am really doubting myself and I am scared I won't succeed.

Hopefully things will only become easier as I adjust and feel better.

Believe in yourself.
